Do you charge a fee to book a cruise?

For standard cruise bookings — one cruise, up to four guests, on Virgin Voyages, NCL, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, or MSC — Paolo's service is entirely complimentary. We earn a supplier commission, so you pay exactly the same price you'd pay booking direct, but with expert cabin selection, loyalty stacking, and a human advocate in your corner.

Why pay a planning fee for a more complex trip?

Multi-destination itineraries, expedition cruises, and group voyages involve dozens of moving parts — hotels, transfers, visas, multiple suppliers, and contingency plans. A planning fee compensates for the research, coordination, and architecture that happen before you ever see a proposal. Most clients find it pays for itself in time saved and mistakes avoided.

What does a human travel advisor give me that a booking site can't?

Booking platforms show you what's available. A good advisor knows which cabins have partially obstructed views, which shore excursions are worth the premium, how to stack loyalty points with onboard credits, and what to do when something goes wrong mid-trip. Paolo has personally sailed or researched every experience he recommends.

Is the planning fee refundable if I change my mind?

Planning fees for Tiers 2, 3, and Groups are non-refundable once planning begins — the research, proposals, and coordination happen upfront before any reservation is made. This is standard practice for full-service travel advisors. Tier 1 and 1B services remain complimentary regardless of outcome.

How quickly will Paolo respond to my inquiry?

New inquiries receive a response within a few hours during business hours. WhatsApp is available same-day for all active clients, and in real time during active planning phases and on-trip support.
