Are Sandals resorts couples only?
No — this is the most common misconception about the brand. Sandals is adults-only, 18 and over at every property with no exceptions, and couples-first by design: king beds, two-person dining, an atmosphere built around pairs. But it does not require you to be a romantic couple. Two friends can share a room and groups of couples travel together regularly.
What is included in a Sandals stay?
Luxury Included® covers the room, every restaurant on the property, bars and drinks, room service, tips, and most non-motorised water sports. Airfare, transfers unless bundled, spa treatments and off-property excursions sit outside it.
Which Sandals island should I choose?
The property matters more than the island. Sandals runs resorts across seven Caribbean islands and the difference between two properties on the same island is often larger than the difference between islands. Tell us the trip you want and we will match the resort rather than the postcard.
Does booking Sandals through an advisor cost more?
No. You pay the same rate as booking direct, and where a property sits in a preferred programme it can carry extras that do not appear on public rates.
