"All-inclusive" is a marketing phrase with a legal-sounding shape. On this product it has a published definition, and reading it carefully is worth real money.

These are small ships by cruise standards and large ones by yacht standards. The practical consequence is fewer people sharing public space and access to berths a 4,000-guest ship cannot use — not a private vessel, and not marketed as one.
What the fare includes — the published list
The collection's own wording is that "elegant accommodations, gourmet dining, beverages, personalized service, Wi-Fi, entertainment, water sports and gratuities are all seamlessly included." Unpacked, that is eight things:

This is the whole article in one idea. Shore excursions are not on that list. Neither is airfare. On a port-intensive itinerary, excursions are routinely the largest variable cost after the fare itself — so the assumption that they are covered is the most expensive mistake available on this product, and it is an easy one to make when the word "all-inclusive" is doing so much work.
Get the excursion position in writing for your specific voyage. Fare terms vary by sailing and promotion, and a voyage may well include shore experiences — but the line's general inclusions statement does not promise it, so a general assurance from a booking page is not the same as your voyage's terms.
